• At C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc., Linda was responsible for governance, legal compliance and ethics programs, acquisitions, contract management, litigation management, human resource legal counseling. She managed to successful conclusion multiple class action lawsuits.
• At PEMSTAR Inc., she established the chief legal officer function, and was responsible for domestic and international acquisitions, government relations, legal compliance, corporate governance, and employment counseling. She also was overseer for human resource functions.
• At The Pillsbury Company, Linda served the company’s Bakeries and Foodservice business, as well as Operations and IT. In this role she handled acquisitions and divestitures and managed complex litigation.
• At Siemens Corporation, she served as general counsel to Siemens Energy & Automation. During her tenure there she chaired the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee for all of the Siemens subsidiaries in the U.S.

Prior to beginning her in-house career, Linda was a trial lawyer in private practice. There she learned the strengths and weaknesses of litigation as a dispute resolution mechanism, which has fostered her interest in ADR and mediation.

Linda received her Juris Doctor Degree from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, GA, and completed her undergraduate work at Colgate University in Hamilton, NY. She is admitted to the bar in Georgia, South Carolina, and Minnesota, and is a Qualified Neutral under Rule 114 in Minnesota.
